Title: A Must For Run & Gun Players on the COD Series.

I bought the FPS/Speed Freak Combo Pack. I have not used the Speed Freak set yet. But I have used the FPS Freak set. Better yet, I have only used one of the two FPS Freak thumb sticks. I use it on the Right Analog stick on the Dual Shock 3 PS3 controller, and I have to admit that I absolutely love the FPS Freaks. I went straight to sensitivity 8 on MW2. This is coming from a player who used the sensitivity of 4 and it took no more than 3 games to get almost 100% comfortable with the FPS Freak on the right analog stick. I am amazed at how precise my aim is and how easy it is to track a player from any distance. Tonight I wanted to test out the FPS Freaks out on a range of weapons on MW2. First I went with my usual setup of UMP45 and right away I could tell the difference in my aim when I was in a 1v1 gun battle and right away I could get the edge, and it even made drop shots a bit easier because of how big th stick is now and I can be more deliberate with my actions instead of mistakingly dropping when I didn't want to. The second gun I used was the FAMAS and it did take about half way through the game to get a feel for longer range shots, but that was more because of the upped sensitivity rather than the FPS freaks, I was one bursting kids with ease. I could track players quicker and with a more precise shot. I cut down my burst fire by half cause I was hitting my target much more cleanly and more accurate. The third weapon I used was the Tar-21 with Holographic sight. I'm already a beast with this gun, so I wanted to see how much of a difference it made on my best class......................It wasn't even fair for the other team. The accuracy plus the higher sensitivity plus my reaction time made it almost illegal for me to play. I mean, 5 straight games of 10+ K/D and my K/D actually went up tonight from 3.81 to 3.83. Drop shotting along with a better control of the Tar-21 made this class absolutely lethal. I don't snipe but I'm sure if the FPS Freaks made my game better on assault, SMG and a 3 burst weapon then I'm quite sure that the FPS Freaks would be an outstanding upgrade for snipers. I definitely recommend this product. It's a big help for run and gun players, who rely on reaction time and precise accuracy. If your a camper or a LMG scrub then this won't you very much. FPS Freaks are made to help you win gun fights in close quarters and help you control your aim while tracking enemies. If you can't do that in the first place then you might as well not even play the COD series. The only con I can think of is that it might have a bit of learning curve to some. It took me about 2 games to get used to the length of the right analog stick and really the learning curve was more the speed of the higher sensitivity than the FPS Freaks. It's must buy and I think I might even get another pair just in case I wear these two out.

I was very unsure about these fps freeks. I thought they were just out to get your money, but no i put them on and was like holy shit these things are PIMP! First match i play i doubled my norm' i went 78 kills and 4 deaths and kept playing games like that. GET THESES S.O.B!

Im confused on whether i like the FPS freeks or not. They have improved my gameplay a lot but on the other hand. They break very easily. I just took them off my controller and put them back on and they are cracked. Now i am gunna have to buy another pair. I think i deserve a free new pair or something because these broke in like the second week i had em.

Great for racing games. My game of choice was Burnout Paradise. These gave me a greater feeling of control and not once did my thumb slip from the stick.

Alright, I did not think that these things cloud help my game, but i went from a .75 Kill/Death without these to a .97 with them for about a month.Buy these things!

I got these thinking that my KD on call of duty would get better, but to be honest, i don't see a difference so far. I can't use my left stick because its uncomfortable so i took them off and i am currently using only the right stick. Another thing that i have a problem with is that i heard that its supposed to help bring ur sensitivity up, but for me its bringing mine down... but if i had to give a rating on a scale of 1-10... i'd give them a 6.5 because they have helped a slight bit and i am still trying to get used to them.

These FPS Freeks were a little too crazy when i played with them @ first, but got plenty of kills. After 2-3 days of using this my kill/death ratio went up from 2.33 to 2.34. I bought 2 packs and sold the other pack to my buddy that has a PS3. He says they make the analog sticks higher, and out of control. Overall, i give it 4*

I am a PC gamer that got roped into a console fps by a family member so I had trouble converting to a gamepad from keyboard+mouse. My main problem being making those small aim adjustments when you're close to your target and I couldn't for the life of me make those adjustments with the default stick. Pop on FPS Freeks and the difference is immediately noticeable. Having the longer stick which gives more room helps with aiming so much. 5 stars isn't enough. This is a 10 star product I can't praise it enough.

Well guys, they don't lie. These are really great. Normally each game my k/d ratio for that game would be around .75 but now it's almost always 1.00 or 2.00. That means say I get 16 kills, then I also get 16 deaths as well, but in most cases I'm getting something like 24kills 12 deaths, so its a big help. It does improve gameplay. The thumbsticks are indented like an xBox controller, which is really great. PS3 controllers are kind of like rounded and uncomfortable especially if your sprinting for long periods of time on MW:2 These guys really know what they're doing, but one thing, I wish you guys could make these of higher quality.

Got my FPS freeks today and they are awesome! Didn't expect it to be that good. Took me a few matches to get used to but once ur used to it, u cant play without em! The delivery time was great took, took around 1 and a half week to ship to the Netherlands. Thx KontrolFreek!

I decided to plunge in and buy the FPSFreak+SpeedFreak combo after seeing it on Attack of the Show. Even though I live in Australia, Kontrol Freaks had no issues shipping them, and I got the items super fast and well packaged. My main Xbox 360 controller is the wired Mad Catz Modern Warfare 2 controller (white digital camo) and I was a bit worried that the Kontrol Freak pad extensions won't fit. It felt a bit tight, but it fit OK. The issue with the Mad Catz MW2 controller is that the pads are super smooth and always felt slippery, but with the Kontrol Freak pads, it feels grippy and I had no trouble getting used it. Highly recommended.

I saw this advertised on g4tv, got on the website, and after reading some of the reviews i decided to try em out. The first time i tried them out on MF2 it seemed a little intimidating but after a minute or so you forget they are even there. I have big hands and they make the controller feel "fuller" or more complete. I would not recommend this to people with smaller hands. For most people i dont think there are any cons with these. Since i used them my K/D spread on MW2 has gone threw the roof. I love these freeks!

After one or two hours of getting used to these things i was no scoping like it was nothing, listen to me, if ur a die hard sniper like me or just ur average joe on call of duty looking to improve your game this is the product for you!!!

I kid you not. This grip for your controller will get you playing like the pros in a day. If you used to overaim to the right or left this will definitley help you get your aim dead on accurate. Its a great way to level up for GB rank and clans too. I suggest highly that you get this and you will not be let down. It is such an amazing add-on for your controllers that for 10$ it's not really that expensive so why not buy it?

Hi a friend of mine swapped over to a PS3 recently from the xbox 360 but was underwhelmed by the PS3 rumbleshock, so he talked me into going halfers with him on the 2 for 16.99 deal on the FPS Freeks , I just wanted him to get a PS3 so I said sure. They arrived and I actually didnt put them onto the controller until I had them for almost a week , and I have to say after 2 hours or so of COD:MW2 I was ready to throw them out , then something strange happened ; I was noticed I was starting to pull off shots that I couldnt before , panning with targets who were running 90 degrees to me , or shooting targets in mid air as they were jumping off buildings or from rooftop to rooftop. The extra smoothness of the extended stick made a huge difference, so much so that my accuracy and K/D ratio in game has increased dramatically, this is easily one of the best purchases I have ever made for my console gaming fun, and for under 20 bucks shipping included. To give this review some extra credence, I'm not a hopped up teenager, Im a 44 yr old Air Traffic Controller who grew up using mouse and keyboard on the PC and using gamepads was always a bit of a struggle , I cant believe I can compete with all the younguns out there now , I just hope they dont find out my secret!

I had customer service issues, they took forever to get back to me. Thankfully they shipped them soon and it took roughly 1.5 weeks to get them in ontario, canada. Better C/S please! That is all, I'd buy again if needed.

I bought the FPS freeks after hearing tons of people say that they helped. But, they COMPLETELY went beyond my expectations. They only took about half an hour to get used to. I played some Modern Warfare 2 after I got them and my k/d ratio went sky high. It is very rare now for me to have a bad k/d ratio. I know some people have been wondering if they affect your ability to push down on the analog sticks. The answer is NO! they actually made it easier for me. They allow you to play on high sensitivity and prevent the "touchy" sensitivity that results from that. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone seeking to improve their gameplay.

Before i got these i wasnt the worst player but i wasnt the best. I only got one nuke. When i put on fps freek, i got 2 nukes in one day. Thats a record for me as of now! Highly recommend these to everybody! On favela i went 51 and 9 i think

I was already a great aimer and very accurate but i thought id try these out and maybe they'd make me even better. i couldn't get used to them after trying for about 5 hours of gameplay and i took them off. but then i couldn't aim without them either.

I got my Kontrol Freek FPS Freek's in the mail today and after a couple of matches to get use to extended sticks I saw an immediate improvement. Helped me become a better sniper now that I can actually move the sniper scope around quickly.

The FPS Freeks I bought worked great for about a month and I loved them and it clearly made a difference when playing the Call of Duty series. But after a month of using them I found that my analog sticks were being ripped and destroyed. I was in the middle of the game and the FPS Freeks randomly just fell off and tore off the grip cover that goes on the analog stick with it. Once I put my analog stick grip covers back on they continue to fall off and now there to the point were I cannot put them back on. Now I have to buy new analog sticks or even a new controller. I would not recommend this product to anybody until they fix this problem.

AHAHAhahahaha Man these are great. As soon as I got them in the mail, I popped in my MW2 and began playing. It took me 2 games of messing around with an AT-4 and an MP5K to get used to it even though I got first in both games anyway. On my third game I got a nuke. It took me couple shots to get used to sniping out the last 4 kills for the 25 killstreak, but I got it.

got these badboys today for my bad company 2 demo on my 360. went from a 1.55 k/d ratio to a 2.25 in one day. its alittle akward at first, but after a few minutes with it and it becomes second nature. have been schooling as of late thx to these little miracles. thax again kontrol freek.

When I first arrived at this website I thought these weren't gonna work. But they were only 10 bucks so I decided, why not? I ordered them and they arrived 3 days later. I tried them out on MW2 and I got an 11 killstreak (rare for me, I suck lol) and was amazed. However I wasn't doing so well the next games and I knew I just had to get used to them. I played a couple more matches and loved them!! Overall Rating- ***** 5 STARS!!!

I have purchased the FPSfreaks from a friend, I am guessing he ordered them online. These are great for MW2. They improve your gaming abilities. I use them particularly for Intervention/ Barret .50Cal sniping. They make it seems like the sensitivity is higher than normal. They are great for quick scoping and drag scoping. It makes you have quicker reflexes, because it is higher than the normal controls. They definitely helped me snipe! The only bad things I have to say about these is that it takes a little time to get used to. They are a little higher than normal, and they are sensitive. You have to work on not moving your thumbs as much, and get used to how high they are. This usually only takes a couple of matches. After you get used to them, you are ready for a quick scope montage and post it on youtube! Have fun with them.

This product has helped me so much over the past few weeks. i ordered them through the website and arrived in 7 days and i live in Austrailia. The product enabled me to hit my targets with without spray bullets all over the place. Far range shots were alot easier than before, getting headshots across the other side of the map. Sniping is alot easier, as instead of waiting for ages scoped in, i am able to scope for just a few seconds then BAM ! Overall these things do improve your accuracy as mine has increased alot as well as kd, in one on ones you are always dominant. i strongly reccomend this product to everyone as now i have showed all my mates, they are all wanting them too. I would love it if you brought more products out as i am interested. Thanks

I'm not into shooters( Like you might have guessed from the title), but I bought those sticks to use them with SKATE 1/2 and they work like a charm, highly recommended if you have had problems with doing a 360-flip OR a Laser-Flip on purpose. I guess those uprades make sense for all kinds of games that demand a certain degree of precision from the player, e.g. Snowboarding games or Twin-Stick shooters like Geometry Wars. Also for people with larger hands (like myself), they are just more confortable then the relatively sort sticks of the 360 pads. International delivery took about 2 weeks; I'm really glad that I found those sticks on the net and I don't plan on taking them of any time soon!

First off I want to say that it only took 2 full days for it to get to my house! That is quick shipping lol Really happy about that. As for the "freeks" themselves, well, what can I say? They are awesome!Right off the bat I felt more in control with them. Sure at first it was a little weird but soon it became second nature. I am at heart a sniper. So I was really amazed at how much more precise I could be now. I mostly play MW2 and so far these things have been a blessing =D Well worth the $10!

If you want to increase your stats without modding, this is the only way to go. I am super pleased with how fast and how much my game has improved. Being in Team Ladder MLG I am always trying to improve. As soon as I clicked the Freeks on I went 62-4-11 in a Game of Domination. I about rofld and cried at the same time. They are comfy, makes me feel like I have an adult sized controller for once and they really do help you out. I almost dont want to recomend to friends, but my 2million hit clan site, i did. Kpd from 1.90 to 1.91 in 4 games! Buy them, you will enjoy them.

I just got my set of "FPS Freek's" in the mail yesterday. And I have already seen a noted improvement of my gameplay. My adjustment time was practically none and I was able to literally double my sensitivity during my first game of Modern Warfare 2 with these attached. I had no loss of control and my reaction time and accuracy have skyrocketed. Its such a simple and clean idea and this product simply works. The rubber were your thumbs contact has much better grip than the standard xbox controller and these things snap on and hold tight for a really accurate feel during gameplay. Great product, I love it!

Wow, what to say. I ordered these about 2 days ago and they already got in. I play MW2 a lot and already my accuracy in 1 day went up about 5%.They come in nice packaging and are very nice. I would recommend these to anyone who looks at getting these. They really do work and coming from me a MLG player, they can improve your game and are allowed on the MLG Circuit. I've had my fps freeks for a few weeks and right out of the package I was able to use them very easily. The learning curve is VERY small. I don't use the second stick because I don't need it for cod4. The vid I included isn't my best but I figured I'd post it to show how good these things are for quick scoping.

I love fps freeks. its great. my learning curve was about an hour. the only bad thing is that i have semi small hands and sprinting is annoying at first but then you get used to it. if you play CoD, get these. its that simple. your sniping abilities will go thru the flipping charts. you can notice it with non-scoped weapons too but not as much. I LOVE FPS FREEKS. GET THEM NOW!

I was absolutely skeptical about having an extra nub ontop of my joystick make me a better player. but indeed it did. having to make those extremely fine corrections while aiming with milliseconds of reaction time is made easy with the extra length the fps freeks give you. having to make the joystick travel extra distance helps you get a feel for aiming. and its true. they do increase your reflexes. they help you speed up by slowing you down. up the sensitivity and you are still in control. i would recommend this product to all of my friends who are gamers. because with the fps freeks. its not a game anymore. its a slaughter house. i want a challenge again. so i would recommend these to all my friends and anyone who wants to wants to step up to the plate.

Its very cheap for how good it works. Takes about ten minutes to get used to but when you do its awesome. You do get higher sensitivity and better accuracy. Works very good highly recommended.

I received this product within 7 days, i was very happy with the amount of time it took, considering i live in canada. Within 2 games i could notice the change. I started to raise my sensitivity, and gain more "Kontrol." I starteed @ 2 sensitivity and now play on 7. I was told about these by a friend of mine, who seemed to be doing a lot better with his game after using them. I was reluctant to try but finally bought a pair off of amazon.com since I had gotten a gift card there for christmas anyhow.. Once I received them, I clipped them onto the controller, the movement at first was very odd to me.. After a few games I got used to them, and now they are just like second nature. My aiming has improved, I no longer find my self shooting cut outs around people and using my whole clip to hit someone.. Now my aiming is much much more precise, my grip feels much more comfrotable, the controls are much more responsive, I was able to turn my sensitivity up with no detrimental effects to my playing style at all. These affect all facets of your play, and in a good way at that. I've been using these for a little over a week with Modern Warfare 2, and after the learning curve, I have seen a huge difference in my game. If you want to improve your game, no matter what your style is.. run and gun, sniping, etc. These are a great way to start.

These things are FREAKIN' SWEET. I use them playing MW2 on PS3. Within my first 30 mins of using them I had 2 nukes (25 killstreak) within 4 matches. I would have had 3 my 6th match I played but one of my friends on the other team killed me at 24 killstreak. The grips are awesome and keep your thumbs on the stick without slipping during gameplay. They're very easy to get use to. It only took me 30 minutes. For other players it may take a max of 4 hours to KNOW you are use to them. These sticks help your aim better by helping to keep you from over shoothing your target. This is a major PLUS for us snipers. For the people who say this is mostly and only for sniper are full of BS. I got my 25 killstreak using an Assualt Rifle. I HIGHLY recommend this product to any type of player. Whether you run and gun, camp, or snipe. Any one can use them. Like I said FREAKIN' SWEET!!!

This product is extremely good. I am able to do this with it that i was not about to do before. such as play on "High Sensitivity" on Modern warfare 2 Which helps a lot because the Fps freeks give me more control. If i tried to play on High sensitivity without the fps freeks, i would suck really bad... and im a really good player, also if you like to quick scope in modern warfare 2 this is a MUST buy... It might seem like a waste of money from the first glance but you can not feel the difference until you try it out! My game play improved so much that it's kinda scary to be honest with you. It did not take me long at all to get use to it (2-3 games or so). Get this! money well spent!

Well I ordered some FPS Freeks a few days ago and right after I hit the confirm payment button on PayPal, I went to the forums and I seed tons of post saying "this is a scam" and such. I was like "Oh Shi-" for a while on my toes about this. So I got my FPS Freeks in the mail a little bit ago today. Shipping was fast considering it was only first-class (like 3 days). I love these things, very cheap and very useful. It gives you a VERY big advantage over anyone who doesn't have these things, specially in Modern Warfare 2. I would advise anyone who is serious about gaming like myself to pick up a pair of FPS Freeks, you WONT regret it!

The small difference in the height of the analog sticks makes a huge difference in my ability to make quick precision adjustments. I noticed a difference almost immediately and after a few hours I wondered to myself, "Why don't all game controllers have sticks like this?" This is a fantastic product, and well worth your $10 bucks, if you play a lot of shooters.

I read a lot about these FPS Freeks and I thought they did look kind of weird. I saw the price and thought it was worthy to research. I have never seen anything bad about them except impatient people with the shipping. I whipped em on my controller and wiggled them around; it just felt right. I proceeded to play MW2, and notice I was incredibly accurate. I have small hands but got used to these immediately, although it may take others longer. All-in-all, fantastic product.

This is an overall great product. Increases accuracy, and reaction time. In Halo, I went from a sensitivity of 2, to a sensitivity of 10, with no negitive effects on my gameplay. In Modern Warfare 2, I have already increased my K/D ratio, and accuracy. There is no problem pushing down on the analog sticks (zoom, sprinting, melee, etc.), and is easy to adjust to. This product is easily worth the money, and I would recommend it to any gamer who loves shooter games, recreation, underground(me), or pros alike.

Bought these about a year ago and cannot play anything with out them. They make the sticks movement a lot smoother than normal and their response is second nature. It takes a day or two to get use to but really you start to feel a lot better about your performance. My girlfriend has smaller hands so she did not like using them. I started using them with Gears of War 2 and saw an instant improvement. At first I only used them for my shooter games but they became so natural that I used them for everything as if they were part of the controller. With out them the controller sticks feel stiff and hard to move. I prefer them for the 360 because of the spacing of the sticks on the controller. Because the PS3's sticks are closer together and just under your thumbs the leverage is a bit too much. I am now using the for Modern Warfare 2 and my accuracy is the highest on my friends list (around 32%). Great product, wouldnt play with out them.

These grips or whatever you want to call them are great they took me a few games to get use to them but when I did I could notice the difference. I do not know How I played without them before. The only thing i wish they had was a all black one because my controller is all black. But these are a must have for anyone who plays FPS and this help in games like GOW2.

I bought mine from http://www.limexb360.co.uk They're really good! I can aim faster and more accurately than before, and I'm getting a lot more kills. I've turned the stick sensitivity on Halo 3 up to 10 and I can still aim well. Would highly recommend.

It took me only 4 hours to become 100% adjusted to the FPS Freek. I chose to only put the extender on the aiming stick. My Modern Warfare 2 KD Ratio has gone up from 1.72 to 1.92 (16k kills) since buying this product, and its been going up daily. After 1 week of playing I could NEVER go back, this was the best 12 dollars I could have possibly spent to step up my game.

I just got my kontrol freek in the mail today and after a few quick games of COD: MW2 I am extremely impressed. The learning curve was short and sweet. I am able to compensate my aim better. It doesn't really interfere with the running like some people mentioned, not for me anyways. It got here in 3 days as well, no shipping problems. I am not the best COD player but with these I am certain my KDR is going to go up.

Its been about a month since i got my FPS freaks, and I have to say, They were great until about half an hour ago. There i am, playing the MLG playlist with my friend, and i noticed my redicule was shaking, so i stopped moving, and it did it again. so I take apart my controlled, and when i pulled it apart, my thumbstick literally fell out on the floor. Reason this happen- the FPS freaks are so tight on my thumbsticks, when i took them off, my thumbsticks broke. so pretty much, i bought my FPS freaks, for $50.

This is a great addition and does exactly what is advertised. Shipped to me in 3 days(I live in NY), and from the first few minutes of using I noticed a huge increase in accuracy and easy. I got this in the mail today and immediately applied it to my controller. I used to be about a 10-10k/d COD MW2 player but in my FIRST game i found i adjusted very quickly and went 18-6. This only got better as my k/d ratio kept rising as i played more. My previous issue was that i would try to make minimal adjustments in aim and unless i kept my sensitivity at 2 or 3 I was all over the place. But i felt more comfortable with a 4-5 setting since i could turn and aim in quicker. These solved that problem exactly giving you more precision and control over the joystick axis. Secondly I had an issue with long playtimes and sore hands. This also helped that problem by opening my hands up by moving my thumbs back to a more overall comfortable position. Please note this may be specific to larger handed people as I believe that was the original problem. Fantastic product, everyone who plays FPS will eventually know about these!!!

I bought the combo pack and love it, I don't think it gives you better reaction time, but instead of over shooting that nubbsters with a tube on the quick turn around, he gets a dome shot. I play Halo usually but right now i am on cod mw2 and it is beast here cant wait to try it on halo.

was slightly wary when reading the reviews but thought for the price why not. They do make a difference, but there is a learning curve.
