Title: Worth it

I purchased this and received it 7 days later including weekends but overall it was worth the wait. It makes you aim more precise and I notice that i am able to get the crosshair on an enemy quicker.

Title: Can't point and laugh at these Freeks!

If you want to increase your stats without modding, this is the only way to go. I am super pleased with how fast and how much my game has improved. Being in Team Ladder MLG I am always trying to improve. As soon as I clicked the Freeks on I went 62-4-11 in a Game of Domination. I about rofld and cried at the same time. They are comfy, makes me feel like I have an adult sized controller for once and they really do help you out. I almost dont want to recomend to friends, but my 2million hit clan site, i did. Kpd from 1.90 to 1.91 in 4 games! Buy them, you will enjoy them.

I just got my set of "FPS Freek's" in the mail yesterday. And I have already seen a noted improvement of my gameplay. My adjustment time was practically none and I was able to literally double my sensitivity during my first game of Modern Warfare 2 with these attached. I had no loss of control and my reaction time and accuracy have skyrocketed. Its such a simple and clean idea and this product simply works. The rubber were your thumbs contact has much better grip than the standard xbox controller and these things snap on and hold tight for a really accurate feel during gameplay. Great product, I love it!

Wow, what to say. I ordered these about 2 days ago and they already got in. I play MW2 a lot and already my accuracy in 1 day went up about 5%.They come in nice packaging and are very nice. I would recommend these to anyone who looks at getting these. They really do work and coming from me a MLG player, they can improve your game and are allowed on the MLG Circuit. For the price you pay, WELL WORTH IT. KEEP IT UP KONTROL FREEK, GREAT PRODUCTS.

Title: FPS Freeks with vid :)

I've had my fps freeks for a few weeks and right out of the package I was able to use them very easily. The learning curve is VERY small. I don't use the second stick because I don't need it for cod4. The vid I included isn't my best but I figured I'd post it to show how good these things are for quick scoping.

I love fps freeks. its great. my learning curve was about an hour. the only bad thing is that i have semi small hands and sprinting is annoying at first but then you get used to it. if you play CoD, get these. its that simple. your sniping abilities will go thru the flipping charts. you can notice it with non-scoped weapons too but not as much. I LOVE FPS FREEKS. GET THEM NOW!

I was absolutely skeptical about having an extra nub ontop of my joystick make me a better player. but indeed it did. having to make those extremely fine corrections while aiming with milliseconds of reaction time is made easy with the extra length the fps freeks give you. having to make the joystick travel extra distance helps you get a feel for aiming. and its true. they do increase your reflexes. they help you speed up by slowing you down. up the sensitivity and you are still in control. i would recommend this product to all of my friends who are gamers. because with the fps freeks. its not a game anymore. its a slaughter house. i want a challenge again. so i would recommend these to all my friends and anyone who wants to wants to step up to the plate.

Its very cheap for how good it works. Takes about ten minutes to get used to but when you do its awesome. You do get higher sensitivity and better accuracy. Works very good highly recommended.

I purchased Kontrol Freaks about a month ago and I absolutely love them. I have all of my friends hooked on them. One of the Kontrol Freeks started to show a crack so I shot the company and email and they stand behind their product. They sent out another set within 2 days. This is a great company and a great product. I recommend to all gamers.

I received this product within 7 days, i was very happy with the amount of time it took, considering i live in canada. Within 2 games i could notice the change. I started to raise my sensitivity, and gain more "Kontrol." I starteed @ 2 sensitivity and now play on 7. This was the best $12 i have ever soent on my xbox. i am very happy and i am thinking of buying a couple more pairs for my friends. Thank- You KontrolFreek, Laz

Title: These do make a difference.

I was told about these by a friend of mine, who seemed to be doing a lot better with his game after using them. I was reluctant to try but finally bought a pair off of amazon.com since I had gotten a gift card there for christmas anyhow.. Once I received them, I clipped them onto the controller, the movement at first was very odd to me.. After a few games I got used to them, and now they are just like second nature. My aiming has improved, I no longer find my self shooting cut outs around people and using my whole clip to hit someone.. Now my aiming is much much more precise, my grip feels much more comfrotable, the controls are much more responsive, I was able to turn my sensitivity up with no detrimental effects to my playing style at all. These affect all facets of your play, and in a good way at that. I've been using these for a little over a week with Modern Warfare 2, and after the learning curve, I have seen a huge difference in my game. If you want to improve your game, no matter what your style is.. run and gun, sniping, etc. These are a great way to start.

These things are FREAKIN' SWEET. I use them playing MW2 on PS3. Within my first 30 mins of using them I had 2 nukes (25 killstreak) within 4 matches. I would have had 3 my 6th match I played but one of my friends on the other team killed me at 24 killstreak. The grips are awesome and keep your thumbs on the stick without slipping during gameplay. They're very easy to get use to. It only took me 30 minutes. For other players it may take a max of 4 hours to KNOW you are use to them. These sticks help your aim better by helping to keep you from over shoothing your target. This is a major PLUS for us snipers. For the people who say this is mostly and only for sniper are full of BS. I got my 25 killstreak using an Assualt Rifle. I HIGHLY recommend this product to any type of player. Whether you run and gun, camp, or snipe. Any one can use them. Like I said FREAKIN' SWEET!!!

When i first saw these things i was like no way hose! These cant be that good then finially i worked up the courage to order them and MAN! Boy was i just baffled on the amazingness of these little rascals!! The first game i used them i went 156 and 22 GOOD TIMES! I was just dumbfounded on how sick these little buggers were. I was just an amazing player before, but now I AM A GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This product is extremely good. I am able to do this with it that i was not about to do before. such as play on "High Sensitivity" on Modern warfare 2 Which helps a lot because the Fps freeks give me more control. If i tried to play on High sensitivity without the fps freeks, i would suck really bad... and im a really good player, also if you like to quick scope in modern warfare 2 this is a MUST buy... It might seem like a waste of money from the first glance but you can not feel the difference until you try it out! My game play improved so much that it's kinda scary to be honest with you. It did not take me long at all to get use to it (2-3 games or so). Get this! money well spent!

Well I ordered some FPS Freeks a few days ago and right after I hit the confirm payment button on PayPal, I went to the forums and I seed tons of post saying "this is a scam" and such. I was like "Oh Shi-" for a while on my toes about this. So I got my FPS Freeks in the mail a little bit ago today. Shipping was fast considering it was only first-class (like 3 days). I love these things, very cheap and very useful. It gives you a VERY big advantage over anyone who doesn't have these things, specially in Modern Warfare 2. I would advise anyone who is serious about gaming like myself to pick up a pair of FPS Freeks, you WONT regret it!

Title: This just works.

The small difference in the height of the analog sticks makes a huge difference in my ability to make quick precision adjustments. I noticed a difference almost immediately and after a few hours I wondered to myself, "Why don't all game controllers have sticks like this?" This is a fantastic product, and well worth your $10 bucks, if you play a lot of shooters.

I read a lot about these FPS Freeks and I thought they did look kind of weird. I saw the price and thought it was worthy to research. I have never seen anything bad about them except impatient people with the shipping. I whipped em on my controller and wiggled them around; it just felt right. I proceeded to play MW2, and notice I was incredibly accurate. I have small hands but got used to these immediately, although it may take others longer. All-in-all, fantastic product.

Title: A must by for shooter game fans

This is an overall great product. Increases accuracy, and reaction time. In Halo, I went from a sensitivity of 2, to a sensitivity of 10, with no negitive effects on my gameplay. In Modern Warfare 2, I have already increased my K/D ratio, and accuracy. There is no problem pushing down on the analog sticks (zoom, sprinting, melee, etc.), and is easy to adjust to. This product is easily worth the money, and I would recommend it to any gamer who loves shooter games, recreation, underground(me), or pros alike.

at first i was a bit speculative as to who was posting reviews on the site but i tried any way after a bit of research and for 10 bucks they are worth it. they do as promised by increasing accuracy. took 3 days to get here and after 5 or so games on mw 2 i was placing more shots above the chest than ever before resulting in more kills so yeah i like em.

Title: Really Great Product

Bought these about a year ago and cannot play anything with out them. They make the sticks movement a lot smoother than normal and their response is second nature. It takes a day or two to get use to but really you start to feel a lot better about your performance. My girlfriend has smaller hands so she did not like using them. I started using them with Gears of War 2 and saw an instant improvement. At first I only used them for my shooter games but they became so natural that I used them for everything as if they were part of the controller. With out them the controller sticks feel stiff and hard to move. I prefer them for the 360 because of the spacing of the sticks on the controller. Because the PS3's sticks are closer together and just under your thumbs the leverage is a bit too much. I am now using the for Modern Warfare 2 and my accuracy is the highest on my friends list (around 32%). Great product, wouldnt play with out them.

These grips or whatever you want to call them are great they took me a few games to get use to them but when I did I could notice the difference. I do not know How I played without them before. The only thing i wish they had was a all black one because my controller is all black. But these are a must have for anyone who plays FPS and this help in games like GOW2.

I bought mine from http://www.limexb360.co.uk They're really good! I can aim faster and more accurately than before, and I'm getting a lot more kills. I've turned the stick sensitivity on Halo 3 up to 10 and I can still aim well. Would highly recommend.

Title: MUST HAVE for any serious gamer!

It took me only 4 hours to become 100% adjusted to the FPS Freek. I chose to only put the extender on the aiming stick. My Modern Warfare 2 KD Ratio has gone up from 1.72 to 1.92 (16k kills) since buying this product, and its been going up daily. After 1 week of playing I could NEVER go back, this was the best 12 dollars I could have possibly spent to step up my game.

I just got my kontrol freek in the mail today and after a few quick games of COD: MW2 I am extremely impressed. The learning curve was short and sweet. I am able to compensate my aim better. It doesn't really interfere with the running like some people mentioned, not for me anyways. It got here in 3 days as well, no shipping problems. I am not the best COD player but with these I am certain my KDR is going to go up.

Title: These broke my thumbsticks

Its been about a month since i got my FPS freaks, and I have to say, They were great until about half an hour ago. There i am, playing the MLG playlist with my friend, and i noticed my redicule was shaking, so i stopped moving, and it did it again. so I take apart my controlled, and when i pulled it apart, my thumbstick literally fell out on the floor. Reason this happen- the FPS freaks are so tight on my thumbsticks, when i took them off, my thumbsticks broke. so pretty much, i bought my FPS freaks, for $50.

Title: Worth EVERY penny!

This is a great addition and does exactly what is advertised. Shipped to me in 3 days(I live in NY), and from the first few minutes of using I noticed a huge increase in accuracy and easy. I've had them now for a week and my kill/death ratio has risen in huge increments. These are worth every penny, and don't hesitate to get your own.

Title: I love my FPS Freak!!

I got this in the mail today and immediately applied it to my controller. I used to be about a 10-10k/d COD MW2 player but in my FIRST game i found i adjusted very quickly and went 18-6. This only got better as my k/d ratio kept rising as i played more. My previous issue was that i would try to make minimal adjustments in aim and unless i kept my sensitivity at 2 or 3 I was all over the place. But i felt more comfortable with a 4-5 setting since i could turn and aim in quicker. These solved that problem exactly giving you more precision and control over the joystick axis. Secondly I had an issue with long playtimes and sore hands. This also helped that problem by opening my hands up by moving my thumbs back to a more overall comfortable position. Please note this may be specific to larger handed people as I believe that was the original problem. Fantastic product, everyone who plays FPS will eventually know about these!!!

I bought the combo pack and love it, I don't think it gives you better reaction time, but instead of over shooting that nubbsters with a tube on the quick turn around, he gets a dome shot. I play Halo usually but right now i am on cod mw2 and it is beast here cant wait to try it on halo.

was slightly wary when reading the reviews but thought for the price why not. They do make a difference, but there is a learning curve. I haven't mastered it yet but I don't think it will take too long. The feeling of extra control is v.slick. Ordered these on the 31st of Dec from kontrolfreek as the UK distributer was out of stock and they arrived today (5th Jan). Very Good service

I was a little nervous at first when I purchased these. I read all the comments saying "i was able to increase my sensitivity from 1 to 2!" and what not, so I didn't know if it would help in the long run. I played on a level 7 sensitivity, and I when i received the FPS freek, I was a lot more comfortable around the 8 and 9 range. My accuracy has gone up .15 in one day, and i've taken a lot of shots considering I'm a second prestige in MW2. I can definitely see an increase in accuracy in all guns. Like everyone says, it takes a few games to get used to, then it just becomes natural. I would recommend for anyone. I'm very happy with my purchase.

So I unwrap this things and take a look at the thinking meh look kinda cool but do they work right or what. I snap them on join a game and get a tactical nuke (if you don't know what this is look it up on YouTube) anyway I got the tactical nuke and start freaking out cuz these things are amazing. If you don't have them yet your freaking missing out.

at first when i put the fps freek on and used it for mw2 i didnt see much of a diff but after a while i took out the intervention and i quick scoped this guy from half way accross the map and i couldve never done that before so i thought it was luck but i started playing more and i was getin busy with the sniper evry shot in my clip got me a kill and it was one after the other i wasnt camping or anything i was just runin around get about 2 or 3 headshots every time. There wasnt much of an improvement with rifles or lmgs the only thing that i noticed was that when i aimed down the sights i would automatically be on the target

My xbox had broken, and got it back 2 weeks later. 2 weeks without playing call of duty which i regularly play, it's going to take a few games to get used to, and get back to getting good games. My first game, i used these, i went 45 - 8. Buy these, they are amazing!

This works with every game not just FPS this thing makes everygame better. I have soooo many good things to say about this product that i cant even write them all down. It makes playing 1000% BETTER and give u sooo much more range. The only problem that i have with it is that there should be some on every damn contoller. I dont even know how i ever played without it.

Now me being a gamer, it takes a lot for me to get up and go review something, but with this i had to! THESE ARE AMAZING! I play mlg gears of war 2 and I was trying them out and my lancer was stepped up accuracy wise exponentially! I won several singles matches and my cross fire in teams was outstanding. I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants to take their game up to the next level.

I bought a pair of FPS Freeks about 8 months ago, and I am still as satisfied with them today as I was when I first popped them on. They're very easy to use. Snap them on the joystick of your favorite Xbox 360 or Playstation 3 controller, and you're ready to go. They lock on very well and don't ever loosen up. I'm a hardcore gamer. I play 30-40 hours a week. I can count on my hand the number of times I've taken them off, and in between that, I've never felt them be the slightest bit loose. They have a very soft and tractional grip, which is good because during long lengths of playing, the last thing you need are sore thumbs. Having your thumbs slip due to lack of grip is not going to help your game, either. They also feel better than the default PS3 or Xbox 360 analog stick grips, and they don't wear out nearly as quickly or as much as the default sticks do. Whereas the traction bumps on the Xbox 360 analog sticks wear off in a relatively short amount of time, I've noticed minimal wear on the traction bumps of the FPS Freeks over a period of 8 months. When you first start playing with them, it feels very foreign. The first thing I remember thinking was "My thumbs are very far away from the controller." Which is normal, because they add a half-inch or so to the length. Feeling very awkward, I took the FPS Freek off of the left stick, but kept it on the right. I then proceeded to test their effects. I joined a game of Halo 3 MLG and I was amazed at how much better control I had. Being on 7 sensitivity, I'm not the best snap shooter, tending to fly past my target, instead of stopping on it. But with the FPS Freek on my right analog stick, the normal movement that would propel my cursor far off target, landed before it. It's the physics. Because of the added length, you need to move the stick a percentage further to get the same movement that would occur if you didn't have the FPS Freek on. Now, I still wasn't used to the new feel, but that soon changed. After calibrating myself with the new joystick, I quickly realized that I had much more control without sacrificing sensitivity. It's like I was playing on 4, but I could move my cursor much faster when needed. I was on sensitivity 4-7. After I realized I was used to the new style, I clipped on the other FPS Freek to my left analog stick and that took no getting used to at all. All in all, I'd say it took me under a half-hour of game time to get used to the feel. It's very effective, quick to get used to, and once you do, improves your comfort--it feels better and even more natural than the PS3 and Xbox 360 default sticks, and it improves your game. Minimal wear over long periods of use and a price tag of around 10$ for a pair, buying this product is a very easy choice to make. I would say, when it comes to products that improve your game, be it headsets or eyewear or an ergonomic chair, nothing is as effective for what it costs as the FPS Freeks by KontrolFreek. These things are coool! In fact, I thought I wouldnt get used to them but it is actually the other way around...AFTER A DAY! Yes, after one day I was not able to play on a normal analog stick. Sensitivity went from 3 to 6, because now there is more room for small movements of the crosshair AKA: Precision. Sniping is better. And no, putting these on does not impair the actual clicking down of the analog stick (For ex. Sprinting / Knifing). My hand is alittle bigger than a CD and I have no trouble using them. These are also great to put on a controller whose analog stick grips are wearing off. Overall great buy and worth every fricken penny.

sure if you know this product uve seen videos on it and you hear raves about how much better it is, i laughed and that it's just plastic! what can it do? then i bought them, not only did i feel an imediate improvement in cod 5(9 sensitivity) but i know it was an improvement, before i had 25.64% accuracy and now i have 32.78% accuracy!. I saw these and figured for $10 I'd give them a try. They click on and there is no play in them. They make a huge difference in game, especially if your a sniper. After a few minutes you can't tell that there even there, if feels so natural. BUY IT!!!!

I'm not trying to crash this product, it may help some people, but for myself i could'nt see the difference with FPS, in fact I played horrible with it!!! Title: Decent but worth it?

I own a ps3 and ive seen many a reviews that as this product doesnt help for the ps3 controller and is only worth getting for the 360. However i still invested in the product. I only attached to the right stick because that is what most reviews seemed to have said what do. I instantly noticed the difference. It didnt take me no hours to get used to not even 20 minutes. I could play perfectly fine with it on from the start. I guess it is becasue i have larger hands. but as for increasing your aim. It helps but to a degree that im not sure if i didnt have it would i play that much worse. Ive always had good stats. Im not gonna lie i wewnt from having a 13 kill strek top to a 17 but is this do to an attachment on the stick? in fact at close range sometimes people get the jump on me because its harder to go left n right and up and down with the stick on. I have to say though if you arent that good at gaming this will probably help you. I am stuck with it due to the fact i dont wanna try and rip it off. but its def playable with on. I recieved the FPS Freeks last night and gave them a try by playing a few rounds of COD Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox 360. It took 2-3 games to really start to see the advantages. I was able to turn my sensitivity up a few notches which let me spin around quicker to catch people trying to sneak up behind me, but still manage to have more precise aim than before. I don't know if it was the FPS Freeks, or the new gun I unlocked, but I went on a rampage. I had my best night of playing since I got this game and dominated 5-6 matches in a row. My aim was just spot on and I found myself hitting targets that I would have normally overshot. The FPS Freeks will now be permanently attached to my controller!

I LOVE this product I am not the best at fps games but ever since I have had these I have gone form havong games being like 5 kills and 10 deaths the first game I played with the fps freek I had 14 kills and 2 deaths this doesn't always happen but these make it more precise and less movement to go just as far with out it but now most of my games ar atleast 50/50 on my kills and deaths they really do help and are very affordable and make the gaming expeience that much more fun so my advice BUY THESE THEY ARE WORTH IT escpially if you are into FPS games you have no idea what your missing out on

These are a must buy for anyone who wants to become more versatile in shooters. They allow you to up your sensitivity without sacrificing your long range accuracy. I now play on 4 in MW2 and 5 in Halo 3. I'm right there with the low sens players in long range battles and absolutely dominating close range. I don't know why I didn't cave in and buy these before! At first I though why not go and spend the $10 and see what these are like. So I did and I got them about 4 days later. At first they felt weird. So I took the attachment off of the left stick and I kept the right one on. And from then on my game has majorly improved. I used to be really good at Halo 3 and I used to get head shot after head shot with the sniper and I was playing on 10 sensitivity. But then I was gone for over a year due to the Air Force. So I came back and I was garbage. So I got my game up to get my first MLG 50 by myself and get some Pros on my list. So then I wasn't even close to where I was all that time ago. So from then I have tried to get better, but I just couldn't. So that brings me to this point. I buy this product and OMG!!!!!! did my game get sooo much better. I used to play on a 3 sensitvity before these and now I'm playing on a 7. But I am playing a 25-30% of my old playing style. So if you want are contemplating getting this product, DON'T HOLD BACK ANYMORE!!!!! JUST BUY THEM!!!! You will get so much better. Believe me. My BR had improved drastically and my Sniper is starting to pick up on head shots more and more, so much its becoming natural. So take my word and buy it. Its worth it. ONLY $10!!!

I started to think i wasn't getting any better accuracy or control. Then all of a sudden I started hitting my targets left and right at medium long and short range. straight up. I play alot of call of duty and these feel real good. right off the bat i noticed a unique difference but not significant. i dont get more kill or head shots, but if you play call of duty, its like driving a mclaren f1 rather than a lexus. If you play call of duty all the time you just go ahead and drop the chump change and get these. you will have something to look forward to and maybe you will get that 25 kill streak that everyone wants.....girlfriend play just as much as me and at first she liked them. after an hour she said her wrist hurt and the next day her hand was soar. If you have arthritis, read the package before use

So I finally received my FPS Freek thumbs thingys and so far so good. It did take forever to ship to eastern Canada, but it was a nice surprise when they did arrive as I forgot I ordered them. The elevated thumbs are much more comfortable than the default 360 controller thumb position. Someone mentioned that it feels similar to the S-controller and I have to agree. I find that I can play for longer periods before my hands start to cramp. The rubber also has a better feel than the original controller. Playing halo 3, I stay locked on my target longer especially with the battle rifle. I can't tell you if I've seen a statistical improvement, as I'm a very streaky player and I've recently switched from default controls to bumper jumper controls but they definitely inspire confidence. Taking them off seems like it could be difficult, but after using them for 2 days of extended action I feel that I'll have no reason to ever take them off. For only 10 bucks I think it's a great investment if you enjoy first person shooters.

I got these roughly two days ago and have been testing it on the games Modern Warfare 2, and Halo 3. Now, I have to say this up front: (even though it may hurt) I SUCK at call of duty and i'm not even sure why I got MW2 but these FPS Freeks actually seemed to improve my reflexes and gameplay. I'm still not the best, but pratice makes perfect! For you avid halo 3 players out there, like myself, this does wonders to your BR! As soon as I popped in my halo disk, I started up a game of MLG. I then got matched up with a couple of 50's and was thinking to myself, "Oh great, were going to get murdered!" But, I was completely wrong, my team ended up pulling it through and I out-BR'ed most of the enemies I faced. I never had felt so good. Another thing to point out is that after long gaming sessions, my hands never got tired! I think this is due to the fact that it's so much easier to maneuver the thumbsticks because they're are longer. Anyways, buy this product! You won't be dissapointed.

I admit I was skeptical, but I thought "what the hell!". After only 2 to 3 hours of game-play I was used to the feel and getting kills I normally don't achieve without excessive practice or getting into the "zone". They really do seem to work quite well. Now, my 360 controller feels naked without them. They also work quite well for racing and fighting games to. A true surprise to be sure. Highly recommended!

I'm an avid PC gamer who switched to Xbox 360 to play with friends. I play Halo 3 and COD4. I have always found it hard to get precise aim with the analog sticks. This product helps to overcome that. It took me about 3 or 4 matchmaking games to get used to them, and my BR was greatly improved and my Snipe was drastically improved. They were uncomfortable at first, but after 2 hours with them, they feel extremely comfortable. The shipping was extremely fast as well. I ordered the on a Thursday night, and they were here Monday morning. I definitely recommend these to anyone who wants to up their game. Thanks so much Kontrol Freek!

Even before i ordered it, I knew it would work. its just science, the further you are away from the fulcrum the more control youre going to have... it was just a matter of getting used to them. I got them and snapped them on my controller, they fit snug... I noticed an immediate difference in my BR, after getting used to it in 5 minutes, my BR was crisp and i was snapping on to enemies so much faster than before... this is sure to help me and my team out at our next tournament...

The first 10 minutes I was thinking this might be a little bit better but ultimately not worth the money and just some junk gizmo I'd throw in a drawer, however I was wrong. I've got to say after a few hours though it's pretty damn great. Infact I don't think I'd like to race without it. Obviously it's not going to turn you in to the best player ever but it totally helps, no question. I have real difficulty doing those finer adjusting turns without wildly swinging the thumbstick, maybe I have dumb thumbs, maybe I'm getting old or the sticks are too short, but this really helped and made me feel more control of the car and without feeling hampered I actually found myself enjoying the game more too. The FPS Freek works very well. (In COD4) When I first tried it, I had 1 kill and 12 deaths, so there is a learning curve, but after a few games I got used to them. I didn't notice much of a difference at first until I tried an ACOG scope. Before, I was horrible with it, but with the FPS Freek I can easily get 20+ kills a game.

When I first heard of the FPS Freek I was skeptical about how it worked, I figured at 10 bucks it was worth a shot though. After receiving them three days after order I popped them on immediately, they are made of high quality plastic and it seemed like better rubber with more grips, they even feel like they were made with the controller they hold on so well. For about the first twenty minutes I got it handed to me, my BR in Halo 3 was off and my shots were all missing their mark. After warming up though and getting used to them, my sniper and BR was untouchable, out of 14 games I lost 1, I was very impressed and will be back with friends to order more of these in the future. A definite 5/5 product and worth every penny.

Get your Freek on! Coming from being a PC gamer just last year and moving to an XBOX 360 for my FPS needs has been a painful adjustment. Getting use to the analog sticks of the 360 hit a limit pretty early on and while I get by and do rather well in FPS games I was defiantly ready to have an improvement offer to me. On paper the FPS Freeks made totally sense to me. So I ordered a couple of sets. The difference in precision is incredible, the gap between mouse and analog stick has been bridged perfectly. Movement is crisp, smooth and the cross hair just floats to heads. The other major difference is with tracking a target, with the standard stick I had to flick ahead of the target and wait for them to pass my cross hair - With the Freeks on however I was able to track the target in a manner very similar to a good mouse set up. Another plus for the Freeks is the quality of the rubber compound used on the tops. The xbox sticks have quite a hard rubber compound which doesn't have much grip. The Freeks however use a lovely soft rubber compound that like a good set of racing slicks are extremely grippy Now not only to they give a healthy boost to your overall stats but also the game experience is so much better with the Freeks. You get a deep feeling of connection with the game, A sense of mastery and not just getting the job done. Aiming is now independent of movement, without the Freeks I had to strafe shoot to get on my targets alot of the time - with them on however I can aim independently of movement which gives me more strategical choices. 10/10

Im a aspiring Gears of War 2 player. My team and I are going to Anahiem this year and i wanted somthing to give me a little edge. I figured these were only ten bucks might as well try. They got shipped in 2 days which is alot better then I expected. When I first tried them I was doing really bad, but once i started getting used to them I realized how great they really were. Id give yourself at the most a day to get used to them. My pistol and Lancer improved so much and my hip fire shotty did as well. I feel anyone who takes any game seriously should buy FPS Freeks. They are cheap, and they are worth every penny. The ONLY con that i can think of is that they are pretty small so if you take them off, you might lose them, but if you just keep them on your controller then you will be fine. Now me and my whole team use FPS Freaks and we are ready for Anahiem!

When I first got it threw them on I didn't feel a change bcuz I play claw. So I played. Cod4 for about a week to notice a change I avg around 30-50 kills a game dependingom the map. But on halo it's helped my team win a tourny with my slaying I use to jus be an objective player with +8 k/da game but now it's like +15 a game I love it!!!!!!!!

I love this product. Got it pretty quick, and put it on in the middle of a pubs game on CoD4. Instantly I was getting tons of headshots, and after a few games I REALLY got used to them. I have recently been asked if i have an Aimbot!!!!! Thats pretty awesome for me. I would recommend them, but I don't want anyone else to have this advantage but me!!! :D

Works very well, I increased my sensitivity from 3 to 4 and the extra accuracy from the FPS freek helps a ton. It just takes a little time to get used to if you hold the remote differently.

Well let me start by stating that i've been playing cod4 for about 4 months, for the first 3 and a half i played on medium sensitivity but as most of you know, it doesnt help when someone is behind you, due to the low sens, u cant turn around quick enough to get a shot... well after that i've been tryin to play with a higher sens, but it really kills me to lose my accuracy that i already got used to, just to have to get used to this new sensitivity again, so i saw on youtube someguy reviewed the fps freek so i said, wat da heck its only 10$, and let me tell you its the best investment i've ever made, hands down, quality plastic and the surface feels even better than the default control stick( i got a ps3 ) and well i even upped my sensitivity to 6 and feels so responsive and so so accurate, big props to the guys on the kontrol freek, i really rate this thing 10 out of 10... its just amazing, even tho i only played one game i went 25-6 (ffa) just to test it but the way i was hittin shots with the ak from accross the map it was insane, and i said i would write a review whether this was a good or bad buy, but to me this is a bestbuy by far, and even tho i have small hands well not that small but still the kontrol doesn't feel odd at all not even for tha first game i'm not even gonna take them out to see if it makes any difference cos after playin the first game i can tell it does, well i'm out to play some cod4, my psn is joseberrio get at me if anythin, byeeeee

I bought a pair of these in celebration of Halo ODST and I am very happy with my purchase. My firefight score was 876,695 and I can tell that my aiming is way more precise and my hand is more comfortable (I have long, skinny thumbs.) I recommend anyone to this product. At $10 a pair its a steal.

In a word: impressive. The FPS Freeks delivered as promised, providing more accurate movement and aiming by increasing the players leverage over the analog stick. My kill rate in COD4 and 5 have gone up and even when I play RPG's I notice a significantly better experience in overall movement. The only cons I see are that they do increase the reach required to sufficiently operate the analog stick. As such, players with smaller hands will likely not care for this product. For me? I give this a full 5 stars. It's innovative and well worth the cost if you're into improving your game.

Title: Halo 3 - Breaking personal best

I ordered these from KontrolFreek's website and got them in 3 days. Very happy about that. Initial quality of the sticks seems to be very high and are made with an excellent gripping surface that far surpasses the stock sticks on my 360 controller. It took me only 1 game to become comfortable with these sticks and after 30 minutes of playing they were completely natural feeling. After 3 hours my movements and aim were still as sharp as when I sat down to play without any noticeable fatigue. I've been playing for 2 days and have seen a significant increase in accuracy that was not possible before for me. I have been able to achieve 2 levels I have never been able to reach before and counting on more. It seems that the increase in accuracy is due to additional movement necessary to more the sticks at the same speed. This however is NOT like simply decreasing your sensitivity. These sticks will take that jerky, twitchy movement out of your aim for steadier shots.Decreasing sensitivity creates the same problem once the player becomes used to the feeling. That will not happen with these. People I know have spent hundreds of dollars on the "perfect" setup, in an effort to increase their game. Tv's, sound systems, controllers, faster internet connections, ect...Don't waste your money, get these first! For $10 you can hardly go wrong... Hard to believe? Well, don't buy them...I'd rather not have the competition!

I bought this product as soon as I saw it in my game informer magazine before I read anyones reviews. I have played Halo 3 and CoD 4 with the add-on and since have never taken them off but only twice to recognize the difference. I adjusted in under an hour to them and my sniping skills on both games have definitely increased. I get so many more headshots because I can dial in on the enemy much easier. I have recommended it to 3 of my friends of which 2 of them won't take their's off of their controller now. My third friend says he must work his thumb too much more, so it's definitely not for everyone. But he wanted to try it after seeing how I finally started getting more kills than him. I HIGHLY recommend this product to any FPS freak out there hoping that it might make your game a little more enjoyable.

It seems like I'm the only one who seems to think so but I just have to say it. This product is a pointless $9.99 piece of garbage. I have tried this product off and on (just like the package says) for a couple of months now and I see no difference whatsover. I am a die hard PC gamer and I am very used to mouse control but I do believe that I would be able to notice at least a slight difference with this product. Well, I don't. I wouldn't think of asking for my money back since this product was so cheap and it was definitely worth a shot but otherwise I am not seeing what the other reviewers are seeing. In fact, I will go so far as to say, I believe that without this product I actually do a better job with my aiming. Not by much mind you but still slightly better. Who knows, maybe a year down the road I will magically find the value of this product. I'm sorry to be soo harsh and I do appreciate companies trying to enhance a players control but i'll have to just pass on this one. Ironically, I do hope that eventually I somehow get used to this product and prove myself wrong. When that happens, I will write a new review with a hearty and sincere apology for not giving this product more time. However, when the package says try it on and off over a period of a couple of hours I would have to say I've pretty much made my decision.

So I got these babies last Tuesday, and I was quite excited, seeing as I'm already an FPS Freek owner, so I have good faith in the KontrolFreek brand. But boy, was I surprised. These bad boys are amazing. They've given me SEVERAL top 100 times on RacePro, with a couple of months break from the game. It's really incredible how good they are. And they're very nicely made. I've been abusing them, and I mean REALLY abusing them, and making them bend, but they're excactly the same shape, as they are new.. How is it possible? I have no idea, but if you're a race-fan, and you either don't have room for a racingwheel, or can't afford one, or just don't want to bash out alot of money for one, this is the way to go. 5 out of 5. Happy racing!

Installed these specifically for COD4 and what a difference they make. As described, you have noticeably more control of your aiming, your not constantly over compensating trying to get a bead on your target. turning and and general navigating is smoother, its actually possible for you to aim shot and move at the same time with greater accuracy. Sniping is soooo much easier now. I'm an 'older' player so I need all the help I can get against these young kids, this gives me a little more fight in my game, to compete with the up and coming.

This here little nub called the FPS freek really does work wonders on your aim and accuracy. I just got mine in the mail today and did work with these! I died less than 4 times in every Hardcore S&D game on COD:Waw and had double digit kills in almost every game. OF course they do feel weird when you first play with them but give it 30 min and you'll see a big difference. Of course in order to do really good with these you have to be good already in the game you're playing, if not it'll make you better but these will not turn you pro material if you were only noob material.

Tried it, loved it but didn't notice a major boost of any kind. At least not until I played a game without the add-on. Then I noticed my thumbs slip a little over the regular thumbsticks and the whole controller feels a little cramped after awhile. I honestly don't want to play any type of game without this add-on. Wish they made a black plastic version though, the white looks a little weird on my black controller. It's a must buy.

I have to admit, I'll never go back to just a hum-drum game pad. If they don't have a KF FPS on them, I might as well leave it alone. So why the hype? Well the difference is noticeable, and the improvement of your shot is clearly experienced when looking down the barrel at your enemy. When I first started playing Battlefield 1943 I was an average player with a few good games here and some terrible games there. I'm an experienced FPS gamer and although I got used to the controls pretty easily, I wasn't getting the results I had experienced in my years playing SOCOM, Counter-Strike and COD4. I read up on these little expansions and thought I'd give them a try. Boy was I surprised at the ease of aiming when engaged with the KF FPS. It just made a huge adjustment on my aiming as I felt a greater "range" of control. It made it seem like my aiming, which I was over shooting the target completely, all of a sudden it almost felt like there was a mini bullet-time at the tips of my fingers. My aiming slowed down (in a good way) and was sharper and more precise than ever before. It just felt different and improved. Not only that, the real reason I got these was to help me play better at fighting games. I just recently bought BlazBlue for the 360 and we all know how notoriously bad the D-pad is for this system. That wasn't going to do for a fighter and so I started playing with the right thumb-stick instead. I got used to it and I played better, but I thought having the KF FPS on would help me make the HC and QC much easier and smoother to pull off. I have to say that these little guys help out on that front as well. Not only were my combos easier to perform, but I had a sense that I could input them faster as well. The taller sticks helped in making the range of motion of the combos much easier to perform, as if I had "extra room" to maneuver the inputs. Overall, I think this is an excellent little addition and one that you, if you are considering, should do. It won't play the game for you and make you unstoppable, but when it comes to pulling the trigger, you can bet that these little guys will aid you in hitting the perfect shot.

i felt that they are over priced for the game u get... you would be much better saving for a A40 or Tritton but seen as i already have the A40 it is definately the next step in advancing your game play... took me the "adverage" ajusting time to get okay with them but if u wna get as good as u where without them/ then improve u will be talking about more like a week or two i would say... but end of the day tehy are an improvement...

I have been gaming at the pro level for a few years now, and I have been competing on first person shooters for about eleven years. It got to the point where I thought that I could not get any better, well I was wrong! The FPS Freek has helped me improve my accuracy for longer shots that take minor adjustments, and have also reduced my time to lock on target! It took me about 45 minutes to get used to playing with them, after that I was completely adjusted to them. Why would you go out and buy modded controllers and spend over a hundred dollars or that whack version of the FPS Freek made by Evil controllers that do not do anything except change the appearance of your controller, for the hefty price of over sixty dollars? You can just buy the FPS Freek for 9.99 and get a real product that works! Now that I have experienced the FPS Freek I can not play without them, if you do not own a set of FPS Freek's you need to buy them now.

I was given my FPS KontrolFreeks from a Pro-Gamer friend who absolutely swears by them! I being pig headed at times, thought there was no way something could change my shot so drastically! Title: The Answer to Better Accurracy Has Arrived

About a few weeks ago I was just like you. I asked myself how a simple inexpensive design would help me get even better at a pro level.If you want to improve your game this product is a must. It is imperative that you get it. They are about 1 inch analog extenders that attach to your sticks. At first, it will be uncomfortable as the distance from the analog to the buttons are a bit longer but after about 30 minutes you should be fine. You feel like you have way more control over your character and gun. It is hard to describe but the feeling the fps freeks give you is priceless because it feels as if you got full control of what you are doing. The fps freeks will improve your game whether you are pro or just wanting to get better. YOU WILL HAVE AN ADVANTAGE OVER YOUR OPPONENTS IF U HAVE THIS PRODUCT. While I encourage you to get them I also discourage you because I don't want everyone to be good.:)

Title: Help keeps aimer steady

I tried this product out on Gears Of War, and the first thing i notice is that it was a lot easier to control the analog stick, instead of forcing it around. I was able to make quicker headshots, and keep my aimer steady. My hands are petite so the only Con I would say is the extra reach on the analog stick. It doesn't really feel comfortable, but i'm sure i'll get the use to it. Overall great product.

Wow, these little puppies are a blast. They take some getting used to, but let me tell you, I never play without them. They have definately helped improve accuracy, aiming, and reaction time. The little grip pads feel great on your thumbs, and haven't worn down in the few months since I've gotten them. They are a great buy. I only give them 4 stars because I loosened up my left analog stick trying to get it off one time, but not so much that it actually "damaged" my controller. The controller is actually pretty well broken in and is rather old. Awesome buy! Don't spend the money on a crappy used game which you will play for only a few hours, instead spend it on these. I use these for several hours EVERYDAY, and I don't get "bored" of them like my old games. This is one of the accessories that gives you the most bang for your buck. Highly recommended!

At first I was skeptical that such a little add-on would help me in my games such as Halo 3, Call of Duty 4, and various First Person Shooters. I decided to try it out, figured I had nothing to lose but everything to gain. It took all but 5-10 minutes before I got used to the attachment, it felt comfortable and natural. After testing it out offline, I decided to go on an online Slayer Match on Halo 3. The end result was this: Kills 23, Deaths 5, Assists 12, Headshots 21. I was amazed at myself pulling in numbers like that. I decide to buy another set for my other 360 and my PS3. I never play without the FPS Freek anymore. I think it should come in black to match my Elite and Halo 3 consoles, but other than that, this product is perfect! Take Kontrol of your game, get ready to Freek out!

Out of the box - for me, the acclimation period that most others speak of wasn't even an issue. I clicked these in, I played the best round of CoD4 I ever had. And from there it got better and better. Besides increased accuracy, it's now a lot more comfortable to hold my controller in general. With long fingers, the higher joysticks just feel right. Great little product, best 20$ I ever spent,(after shipping, on the combo) from someone who gets buyers remorse over everything.

I've used many controllers and bounced from configuration setting to configuration setting. The FPS Freak by far is probably the best product I've used in any of my games. It helps for precision on the battlefield in Halo Wars. In Halo 3 it's already upped my K/D ratio by 2.5 times if not more. I've played COD4 with it as well and go matches with a 24/2 K/D ratio. I even use it for some of the games on the XBL arcade such as, Marble Blast Ultra, Empire Storm series, and other such games. It adds that extra bit of accuracy that anybody can crave in multitudes of gametypes. I've already got 2 of my own friends to buy the product and many more interested. Title: Just Bought 2 More Sets

First let me say I own a PS3 and a Xbox 360 so you won't find any fan boy bias in this review. Now that that's out of the way here we go. I've had these babies for a few months and I'm so satisfied with my purchase I decided to buy two more sets. It works great with Halo, any Call of Duty, and I've played a considerable amount of Killzone 2 as well. It really does deliver as advertised and it took me less then the suggested time to get used to the feel. Now my overall accuracy has improved and I don't over shoot my aim as much as I used too. My only complaint is that the fit on the top of the Duel Shock 3 isn't as great as the Xbox 360. It's a little tighter, but it's not unbearable by any means. You just have to be careful when taking them off or you might rip some rubber. This hasn't happened to me, but it's just a concern I have. Two very happy thumbs up.

This things ARE great for FPS games because of the increased range of motion. However, increased motion means increased accuracy, and that can be advantageous in any game. I love these things. My wife likes them too; that says alot. Overall, buy them, they are worth it.

After using my fellow gamers' set for about two weeks, I will say that the FPS Freek sticks are indispensable! The extra extension on the sticks enables more control because the range of action and distance of the sticks is now greater. This may mean gamers should either lessen or extend their games' sensitivity, due to the fact that more play is involved between the range of movement extremes. Getting used to it is very quick, and very quickly it becomes 2nd nature! Then, one can adjust stick sensitivity higher, and get much greater precision from less movement. Simply more accurate, and very provable.

Title: FPS Freek Review

Being a long time pc gamer I had got use to the keyboard and mouse accuracy. When I tried to first play a shooter game on xbox, I could not believe how inaccurate the analogs were due to their shortness. After using the FPS Freek for 3 hours, my aiming accuracy increased 10 fold, no lie. I love the product and will not play without them ever again.

Theres no doubt these work. It not only improves your lap times but makes it easier to pull off turns and keep your fingers from hurting after long sessions. Best part is its so cheap its great for people who arent hardcore or dont want to throw down ~100 for a wheel. Only bad thing is it tore up my joystick a little. I would spin it around the joystick when i was bored or the game was loading and it flattened the sides of my stick. but hey thats as much my fault as it is the speed freek's/

Title: Speed Freek/FPS Freek combo

I purchased these about 2 months ago, and i use the Speed Freek on the left stick and the FPS Freek on the right stick. I primarily play Gears of War 2. After 2 months of nightly use, i must say these have made my controls so much more precise,and effortless. And i can use techniques with the right stick and A button that i couldnt before. The Speed Freeks unique design really helps in the fact that i don have to push on my control stick to turn, i use the walls of the attachment to navigate. NO MORE THUMB SLIP!! I promise, buy this combo and you will realize what you have been missing this whole time! I just played last night at a friends house without them, and frankly, it was unpleasant. So now i am buying some for my friends:)

The FPS Freek Improves Aim, Gameplay, and Skill! I have never played so good, I went from a 1.5 KD to a 4.8 KD. It is amazing, it looks like it wont work but I cannot play without them anymore. Try them I can guarantee after a couple days you will fall in love with them.
