I can't get anyone at your company to help me. I have sent 2 emails to Customer Care with no response.

I need to return my order-my son will not use your product-he says he can't do trick shots. Your website said I can return my order but there are no instructions! Makes me wonder!!!

If you point one of the clips directly at you and firmly put it on, this won't happen at all.

One thing that I think has kept mine from slipping/falling/popping off is whenever I put them on, I take my finger nail and shove the tiny bit of rubber fold up under the grips.

I noticed from the start that they didn't 'snap' on as advertised because it shoved a tiny bit of rubber (from the stock analogs) down, rather than snapping to the underside of them, so when you take your finger nail and shove it back under, they stay on perfectly.

Hopefully this tip helps.

I was wondering if you guys were in the process of making any convex CQC's? Thanks!

I've been proud to own your FPS Freeks since you first started selling them, and more recently picked up the new CQC Freeks. They have both worked out great and the difference between using them and without them have been night and day. There are however, nagging issues when using them with the Dualshock 3 controllers.

1: The sides pinch the analog grip so it does not sit perfectly flat.
2: Since the DS3's sticks are already raised higher then the 360s, there is this a little too high feeling with the regular sized Freeks and not raised enough with the CQC.
3: A convex solution that feels more like the original DS3s sticks, as most of the Freeks are concave, and your thumb never stays dead centre then rolling the right stick around to aim.

I wonder if there would be any plans to make a set of Freeks geared towards the Dualshock 3 as it would solve these gripes that I have with my current ones. I would definitely be first up to buy such a pair. Just wanted to share a few thoughts, and keep up the good work.

Okay, I'll try to answer your questions since no one else has jumped in.

If you are overshooting with stock sticks, FPS Freeks should help you a ton. The extra length actually will lessen the "overshoot" effect.

If you're going to only use one FPS Freek on one stick then the right stick is the way to go. However, lots of people use them on both. It's completely a matter of preference.
