Hello , i ordered a pair of FPS freek and since i live in sweden it would cost me 8.99 + 4.99 shipping cost .... so i moved on a ordered a pair , boom order was declined automaticly and even the double price was removed , 27.99 dollar was what the b*stards charged from my credit card , that is alot for a student what should we do ?

i am not sure i follow, you said your order was declined and the double price was removed but charged your credit card? i would contact our support again and ask them to make sure the money is refunded to your credit card. our voicemail had issues and we did not recieve alot of the voice messages over the holidays. we are not a scam so please dont think this, we will take care of you just give us time and please contact support again, thanks.

sorry , i meant that the double price was charged also ... like i was buying two of them ! the status in my order history at the moment is now "declined". i have a picture proof for the order.

my point D is that i recieved two messages to my hotmail after the purchase , one had the information that it was declined and the other that it was successful and the shipping is now pending ? I'm very confused.

Totally understand. Keep in mind that one is a charge and one is an authorization. the authorization will fall off in a few days. Thanks for posting and hope this clears it up.
