ashish Posts 9	Hi Guys- I'm Ashish, the CEO of KontrolFreek and i'd like to assure you that we are a real company and care A LOT about our customers. Needless to say, we did have a busy December - but rest assured, every single order placed was shipped within 24 hours of being placed (except weekends, Christmas day and New Years day). That said, there are a couple of things that have delayed orders or have created some confusion for our customers. Here are some important things to keep in mind as we work to keep things moving forward and keep everyone happy. Issues have come in the following forms: 1. Pre-paid credit card orders. If you got a prepaid CC over the holidays, you need to register the card at the issuers site so it will validate against your home address. Transactions placed without pre-registering your card will post an authorization (NOT a charge) and WILL reduce available funds, but we do not get the money - I promise. The funds are returned to your card withing 8 business days. That's the part stinks, but it's the credit card company rules. So, register your card!!! 2. Shipping times extended. In order to keep shipping costs low (UPS and FedEx are $6.00+) KontrolFreek has been using the United States Postal Service. They unfortunately won't guarantee delivery dates, but they have been super reliable (until lately). It's probably the holiday backlog, but we are keeping a close eye on this. 3. Phone system issues that we didn't catch until yesterday. Simply put, we had voice-mail forwarding and totally thought we were covered until we saw we had a full box. Hopefully this shows you that we "do exist" - just look at our reviews, Facebook, and Twitter pages. Things just don't work perfectly everyday and we've got great people on our team that do their best to make those days fewer in number.
