Posts 3 		I bought FPS Freeks on eBay mistakenly. I thought it was something else. Anyways I asked for refund and Kontrol Freek president (Anthony?) emailed me and said the order was cancelled and he said he issued my refund. I checked paypal/ebay what do i see. No refund whatsoever. It's been 2 days and this Anthony guy or any Kontrol Freek support for that matter won't answer me. I am being scammed.. What the hell? I want my $13 back..

Posts 3 		also I asked anthony why it taking so long for refund to transfer to me he said it has to process. Which is a lie because I know for a FACT that on PayPal money is transfered instant if it's refund or payment.. it's been 2 days. where is my money.

It is a process and it's not a scam, so just ease up. Our team works very hard to handle every request we get in a timely manner and sometimes we get swamped. I promise we're working on it and will help solve the issue as quickly as we can. thanks for your patience.
