I ordered FPS Freeks and the order was declined. The Order status says "Item Processed - Shipping Pending" but in the invoice it says "Order Declined" in the order status. The transaction is not shown as refunded in my credit card history. So is FPS Freek being shipped, or is it declined. If it is Declined then why haven't I gotten my refund?

the problem most likely with the decline is if you used a pre paid credit card and you didnt call them and like register a name and address with that card, our system cant validate the credit card. as far as the refund, it takes 3 to 7 days to drop off the card, but it will, thanks.

Have 7 days gone by? If not, then I'd wait at least until tomorrow.
