I have prepaid mastercard. I set the address up on the mastercard at mastercard.com. Everything was cool, i had 25.00$ on my account, so I go to kontrolfreek.com to buy an fps thing.. I buy one, I get an address error, I check my balance and it took 12.43$ off! (I used dwestbrook coupon) !!!? So, I set my address back up again, I try again and same problem, now my balance is .14$!!!! wtf someone help me please what should I do !!!! I want my money back....

From what I've seen on other posts, the auth charges will drop off if the order doesn't go through. Takes a bit though. Have you tried the contact us link to get ahold of them?

if the order got declined the charges will be removed in a few days, thanks, sorry for the issues, our credit card processor is picky, this keeps fraud down, thanks.
