Posts 307 		How long will it take for your order to get to you in Canada?

It usually takes 7-10 BUSINESS days to reach you. Business days means: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. If you order on a Tuesday evening, your product will usually ship Wednesday morning. That means that the package will not reach you until, at the earliest, the Friday of the following week. Also, sometimes Customs has delays and causes longer wait times for you. Because of these variables, it is very likely that you won't receive your package for 2-weeks (10 business days) and sometimes even longer. Until "transporter technology" is invented, these delays are out of our control and we are sorry that it works like this.

Posts 307 		Multiple Charges Appearing on my Credit Card?

It is a very common practice for credit card companies to issue holds on your account after ordering. This is especially true with Pre-Paid cards. If you see multiple charges on your card statement, don't worry. They usually drop off on their own in a few days. If there is still an issue after 8-days or so, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page for further assistance.

Posts 307 		Tracking information not working?

KontrolFreek.com uses the USPS as our primary shipper. Unlike UPS, who updates package info constantly, the USPS sometimes only scans package info when it arrives and when it goes out for delivery. It is common for tracking info to never move past the "Electronic Shipping info Received" status. This is okay. If this is the message you see, it means that your package has been shipped from our facility and is in-route to you. If you are in the United States your package should reach you in 3-5 BUSINESS days. If you need further assistance or it takes too much longer than 5-days, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.

Posts 307 		How many FPS Freeks/SpeedFreeks do I get with my order?

Your order comes with TWO (2) pieces. You get one FPS Freek for each stick on your controller. The same is true with the SpeedFreek. If you order the Combo Pack (which you should) you will get FOUR (4) pieces.
