Okay well i am a returning customer to this website i have received one of the products i have ordered but i have one MAJOR COMPLAINT. Seems like every time i order a product i get charged TWICE for one item. In my receipts it says $12.95 total but when i check my card balance i have $25.90 taken out. This is not the first time it has happened either. I Want the other $12.95 added back onto my card. Any other ppl this has happened to? If So reply to this post

Multiple Charges Appearing on my Credit Card?

It is a very common practice for credit card companies to issue holds on your account after ordering. This is especially true with Pre-Paid cards. If you see multiple charges on your card statement, don't worry. They usually drop off on their own in a few days. If there is still an issue after 8-days or so, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page for further assistance.
