I ordered my FPS freek product on the 20th of june. I recieved them in quite a timely manner, kudos there. I finally got around to using them last week. I was getting the feel of them and then all of a sudden, the rubber grip on one of them came off. By looking at it, it wasn't tore or anything. The rubber looks like it just didn't form in one area.
Am I going to have to order another one, I hope not.
here is a pic.

I have never seen this happen before! It must have been an error in production. Email customercare@kontrolfreek.com and we'll make it right.

I guess another one has been sent out as I have received a email with a new order number. I wasnt going to say anything and try to use it without the rubber grip, but the plastic was too smooth and my thumb kept sliding off LOL.
Thanx for the help and getting another one out to me. I will let you know how they work.

Well, after some serious game time logged on these things, I must say I am impressed. My kills have went up. Before I had the FPS on, I had a problem of moving the cross hair around to fast and these slowed it down and made me more accurate.
Good product, I would recommend.

It was a manufacturing error, there probably wasn't enough glue on the rubber, or it was deformed and stretched until it slid off. This shouldn't happen again, unless your gaming room is several kilometers underground.
