Just ordered	When you order as a guest and make an account afterwards you can not track through the website. You can, however, send customercare@kontrolfreek.com an email and ask them for your tracking info.

FPS	Our "3-prong" design was implemented because of this issue. I assume you're using the old 6-prong FPS Freeks?

Fps freek broke my thumbsticks	That doesn't normally happen if you're careful. You can send customercare@kontrolfreek.com an email if you want but don't expect them to buy you a new controller.
