Report Counterfeits and Brand Violations

KontrolFreek exists to give players a better gaming experience. Counterfeit and unauthorized products that imitate our thumbsticks, thumb grips, rings and other accessories can mislead players and even damage controllers.

We actively work to protect our customers and their gaming experience by identifying fake products, removing counterfeit listings and taking legal action when appropriate. You can support this effort by recognizing genuine products, buying from authorized partners and reporting potential issues.

If you see something, say something! If you discover websites, retail shops or promotion of a product that seems off in any way, please help us by reporting the link and details.

Here's how to spot a fake?

  • Extremely low prices compared to standard KontrolFreek pricing. If pricing is too good to be true, it probably is. 
  • Products that look rough, with uneven edges, weak plastic  
  • Packaging that seems generic, unbranded or inconsistent with current KontrolFreek styles  
  • Trademarks being blurred out in the pictures from the reseller
