Battlefield 6 is finally here, and if you were one of the hundreds of thousands who were able to participate in the Beta, you have been itching to dive back into the action. EA has also made upgrades to the selection of classes, along with balancing to make sure the overlap of class features is not common and each one feels fully individualized. For example, the Assault Class has been reworked to focus less on self-healing with the adrenaline injector providing buffs and resistances now, and more aligned tools, such as the Deploy Beacon, to motivate more forward pushes from the class. Recon is another class that has seen a revamp as the focus shifts to a more stealth and saboteur with new gadgets and enemy spotting abilities to help your squad know when and where to be for an ambush or a push on the front lines. These changes focus more on team/squad compatibility and help you play the game how you want to, with fewer weapon restrictions, but there are still bonuses available for choosing a weapon that aligns with your class. 

Best Settings Changes to Improve Accuracy and Precision In Battlefield 6

Battlefield 6 can be enjoyed in many different ways with the numerous weapons, classes, vehicles, and game modes. You can choose to focus on leveling up a specific class or weapon, or dive into the campaign, but regardless, you will need to optimize your settings to make sure you are setting yourself up for success. The first setting I would recommend changing is your controller vibration, mainly because there is so much going on in-game, your controller will suffer from non-stop buzzing, and that can easily disrupt your aim and accuracy. Turn this setting off completely for a smoother feel during gameplay, or lower the overall intensity, and if you are looking to raise your overall sensitivity, it may be in your best interest to also turn off all motion blur. This will allow you to have a higher sensitivity without counteracting it with a blurry screen every time there is a quick movement or turn to face an oncoming enemy. Movement is another key aspect of this game, especially if you are participating in the large-scale battles, where you will be covering more ground than usual. Change your setting to toggle, and you will not have to worry about accidental run cancels or wearing out your thumb by constantly having to hold the thumbstick down. Lastly, when it comes to gameplay settings, you will benefit from turning Depth of Field off to allow for a sharper background to complement the lack of motion blur, which will allow you to spot distant enemies more easily. You can also adjust your Field of Vision (FOV) to align with your monitor, but keep in mind there is a possibility of overstretching your resolution with this setting, so test out a few ranges first. 

When it comes to specific controller settings, this depends more on your style of play. Due to the abundance of weapons and equipment, there are instances where a lower sensitivity may work better than a higher one. If you are looking to be more assault focused and take the battle head-on, I would encourage you to try a higher sensitivity to be able to respond quicker when in battle and help with overall mobility. Vehicles have their own sensitivity setting, so you will want to make sure you test out which sensitivity works for you, especially if you are planning to take to the skies. Many planes and jets need excessive maneuverability, and being able to quickly lock on to another enemy or dodge an incoming missile is paramount for survival. A few settings that are more universal for accuracy would be to change the Infantry Response Curve to Linear to have more predictable stick movement, and make sure Uniform Soldier Aiming is set to On to ensure you have consistency when aiming, regardless of the weapon or scope type.
